Who is SunLedger for?
Solar installers, EPC contractors and distributors who manage rooftop or commercial projects, keep stock of panels and inverters, and work with installers or channel partners in the field.
How many people can use it?
Your plan includes 10 mobile app users for installers, partners and staff, plus admin access to the web panel. Need more? Add users one at a time or in packs of 5, any time during the year.
Do I need to install anything?
No. The admin panel runs in your browser at sunledger.in, and your team uses the mobile app. We host and maintain everything.
Is my company's data private?
Yes. Every company's data is kept separate, and each user only sees what their role allows. Field users see their own projects; admins see the whole company.
Can I manage more than one warehouse?
Yes. Add as many warehouses as you need, move material to project sites, and see stock by location at any time.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. GST is applied on purchase, dispatch and sales lines, and invoices, POs, goods receipts and challans print as PDFs with your GSTIN and letterhead.
How does billing work?
SunLedger is a yearly subscription of ₹60,000 per company with all modules and 10 mobile app users included. Extra users are ₹2,000 per user per year, or ₹5,000 for a pack of 5 users. GST is extra where applicable. Full details are in our Subscription & Billing Policy.
