Good to know
Who counts as a user?
Each active mobile app login for your installers, partners or staff uses one user seat. Administrator accounts that manage your company are not counted. Blocked users still use a seat. Ask us to remove a user permanently and the seat becomes free for someone else.
Can I add users in the middle of the year?
Yes. Extra users and packs run until your subscription renewal date, and we charge only for the remaining months of your subscription year.
Is GST included?
Prices are exclusive of GST. GST is added on the invoice where applicable. Share your GSTIN and you can claim input tax credit.
How do I pay?
The subscription is billed yearly in advance. We send an invoice with the payment details. Your account is activated once payment is received.
What happens at renewal?
We remind you before your renewal date. If you don't renew, your account is paused and you can still export your data for 30 days.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Your access continues until the end of the year you have paid for. Read the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
